The ANC “Die Domste Drol”

Tag: Electionsironclad @ 7:22 pm

Hi,

Thought I would just post this fun moment I experienced on saelections.co.za. Just shows how far the ANC will try to corrupt!

When trying to vote for my favorite political party:

The Voting System is currently unavailable!

Yes you’re thinking the same thing. I quickly went over to the ANC’s votes and behold:

We will whipe out corrupts officials!

HAHAHA. This makes life worth living.

Student Money Opportunities.

Tag: Student Money Opportunitiesironclad @ 6:44 am

Students constantly look for ways to make easy money. Some do holiday jobs, some do illegal jobs and some just don’t do jobs.

We’re part of the, “don’t do jobs” category, but we still find ways of making money, legally.

If you’re a student, you must have wrote more than a few essays over the years. If you still have those essays stored away somewhere.. here is your chance to make some bucks.

We found a website that sells your old or new essays. You get 10$ for your first essay. Each time someone buys one of your essays you will get approx 50% of the sale. A 500 word essay can effectively sell for up to 100$. That means if your essay sells 10 times you can make  500$.

Tag: Uncategorizedironclad @ 6:35 am

Hi,

It’s been a very long time since I updated my content. I’ve been busy with three other sites. www.bassboys.co.cc ,  www.winetrade.co.cc and http://bassboys.choseit.com  .

Having some mixed response on all three sites. Rather happy so far.

We’re also busy with a new project. Check it out.

See ya.

Donotdatehim.co.za , I don’t like it.

Tag: My Viewironclad @ 8:00 am

DoNotDateHim.co.za (DNDH) was launched a while ago to give all ladies, which were victims of really bad men a chance to get their story out there. The idea of the site is great.

Unfortunately it seems the site is turning in to a place for women to rant about men who didn’t “love” them.

How will the owner of this website determine which posts are legit and which are only directed at harming the image of good men? There is no way she can convince me or anyone else that all the posts are from women who were seriously abused.

If someone is abused mentally or physically she/he should go to the police and report it. If they are strong enough to potentially ruin someone’s life online, that man/woman should have the right to appeal and appear before a court.

Tips to ladies wanting to post on DNDH site: If you are really abused mentally of physically, report it and state your case online. However, if a man says, “no I do not want to buy you the world”, that doesn’t mean he is abusing you. Think before you ruin someone’s life.

Also, the owner of this site is making tons of cash from woman who were, potentionally, hurt and abused. Is she giving you a service or using your most hurtful stories to better herself?

Sweet revenge comes with a bitter aftertaste.

(Call a good guy over and ask your boyfriend/husband to try and hit him. That should sort things out. Good men still roam this earth.)

What do you think?

Pieter de Villiers (Malmesbury days of our live)

Tag: Quirkyironclad @ 5:14 pm

Okay, it seems that everyone likes to talk about something which we don’t really care about. we live in a “free” country and we have the “right” to talk about “anything” we want to. Wha.

“Like the sand through/threw an hour glass so are the days of “onse” lives.”

In any case, this is “THE Pieter de Villiers Scandal”. (Stop singing Scaaandal)

(Things running through Pieter’s mind after rugby..It’s a warm night in the pretty little town of Malmesbury, and one way to get away from the funny smell is surely under a nice green and gold blanket?(Evil Pieter trademark laugh)

Pieter returns from home after some hard work on the field, but it seems Pieter de Villiers is a tough guy and ready for some more field training, with a different flavor.

He lights a few candles, locks the door and opens a bottle of wine. The mood is set and it’s go time.

Our beloved Bok coach slowly removes his shirt… and wait a minute.. stop.

Even if I was a girl, dreamy eyed and looking for some fun in the Malmesbury son I would not hurt my inner eye with something like that.

Why in the world would someone in his right mind wish to see a sex scandal, caught on HD digital camera, involving our funny-voiced Bok coach?

Secondly, something like this is PRIVATE. Burger, die Son, Kaapse Vlakte Brosjure and the rest of you, find something else to write about!

And to any SARU members, steroid-popping-can’t-get-my-game-up-jocks, angry boere or the rest of you sneaky bastards, leave the guy alone.

If he’s sending our rugby in to the abyss, help him out or get a new one! Finding a new coach is easy. There’s hundreds out there just waiting for the chance to get “vloeked” and fired. :-)

And then for you mr. De Villiers; as you might realise while reading a wonderfully enlightening short-post such as this, some of us don’t mind giving you a chance. However when you start quoting the Bible on a regular basis, in defence of your defeats, and in the same sentence almost give “the whites” their “white rugby” back, something must be wrong. (Especially if you’re a firm believer in “forgive and forget”, like it says in the Bible.. I think.)

I myself, am, are and is a white guy, somewhat tanned and naive, but rather happy.

You have to understand all our brains are the same colour. ( Excuse the pun.. if there is one. Aah, just forget about the rime/rhyme if you have time.)

And so follows my thought for the day:  ”If you don’t give anyone a chance to give you a chance, you won’t get a chance. (Everyone can wrap their similarly colored brains around that.)

Reference: Colored as used above is slightly American, but only refers to the different shades of white.. I mean black.. man how can I say anything without sounding racist.Where’s a politically correct, correctly spelled dictionary when you need one?..  Bollocks THAT I’m out!

Can’t login to Phpbb3 ACP

Tag: Online Savvyironclad @ 11:28 am

Here’s the problem, myself and the rest of the world have been unable to login to their Phpbb3 ACP’s, as well as portal ACP’s and Phpbb3 who keeps logging out I thought I might just give up.

Try Simple Machines Forum maybe?Specifically the “simple” part attracts me.

In any case here’s a few solutions to the login problem:

If you are on a computer which connects to the internet via a nearby wireless connection, it’s most likely the problem. Wifi might also give to you the same problem. It’s something to do with the non-static connection messing with your cookies. If you thus move to the computer which is directly linked to the modem the login should work.

If you have a different problem(phpbb2) try the Auto Cookies Mod which you will find on Phpbb website. You extract the files, upload it to your forum directory /public_html/phpbb3 in the folder /install .

So basically after uploading it will look like this : public_html/phpbb3/install/cookie.php . You then run the cookie.php file on your browser and follow the instructions. Good fix

If you still have problems, do a search on google for “phpbb3 acp login workaround” . There’s two sites explaining the workaround, but it’s a bit more complicated.

If nothing works, find a better forum software or reinstall your current software.

If you have a different fix please post it.

 Thanks

Check your domain name worth

Tag: Online Savvyironclad @ 12:10 pm

Hi,

This is relatively off-topic from the normal posts, but I’m going to be giving more and more of these interesting links as time goes by.

I recently noticed a website www.cubestat.com .

You basically enter your domain name/website url and they calculate the worth of your website or domain.

They also return interesting information like, ad revenue, visits per day, alexa ranking and much more.

Really something interesting too look at when you spend time on your website. Also interesting to see what domains like Google and Yahoo are worth.

Have fun.

Free Domain Name

Tag: Online Savvyironclad @ 11:45 am

Everyone who starts a new business online with limited finances go round looking for a free domain.

Not many free domains are availalbe. Most of the free domains are, in acuality, subdomains and not a TLD or Top Level Domains.

For free domains take a look at :

www.co.cc (Gives you the option of setting up your DNS records, which is nice)

www.tk (Domain forwarding, which gets a bit tricky with their ads and if you have sites which require form input)

www.za.net (South African, easy to use but can take a while)

Notes: With domain forwarding, take care to unmark “domain cloaking”, which will make it impossible, on some sites, for people to use forms. The domain cloaking interferes with the saving of “cookies” which is essential to sites which require members to login etc.

Also a warning to South Africans looking for hosting packages and anything similar. If companies offer hosting with a “free za.net” domain u are being cheated. Those domains are free. If they charge you for the admin, that’s a different story.

You may also find various hosts and other sneaky people, online, who will try to sell these free domains to you. If they keep giving you trouble report them to the different free domain sites and they should lose their accounts.

Hopefully this helps.

If you need some help finding these domains, setting them up or getting them listed on google, I will be more than happy to help. Free of charge. :-)

Cheers.

Paypal South Africa

Tag: Online Savvyironclad @ 8:25 am

Currently South African Paypal users can only send payments and not receive them. This is due, or so I’ve heard, to the fact that SARS is unable to control the money coming in to our accounts. This could also be due to our local banks which refuse, and have for a long time, to compete with international companies that might losen their hold on South Africans cash.

Paypal have mentioned on more than one occasion that they “will work on the problem”. It’s however unlikely that our little African country will be completely Paypal functional in the next couple of years.

Thus, because of the above mentioned problems, we’re back to using the good ol’ moneytransfer methods or looking for alternatives like Alertpay, E-gold or even the South African owned PayFast.

Payfast is unfortunately still in their beta testing mode and limits any realy capabilities.

If you really need something you can only buy with Alertpay for example, do a few searches on google for “money transfer” companies. Many of these websites are rather dodgy, I’ll see if I can do an article on the more trusted names, but they do give you the option of trading in your Rands for Dollar which they then pay in to your Alertpay account. This should however be your last option and you should make sure you’re aware of how it works and if the system they use is legal within South African laws.

The best option is still to stick with your banks, which are safer, more reliable, legal and sometimes even give you tips on how not to waste your money in trying-times.

In my opinion, stick to the goods you get here. Proudly South African they say eh?

Real Celebrity Stories

Tag: My Viewironclad @ 10:33 am

Hey guys and gals,

We all read and live into the lives of various celebrities. We spend hours and hours reading all the shocking news about this and that celebrity, revealed by their closest friends and family.

Most of us also agree that many of these stories are far from the truth and lacks any real substance. The fact is that these newspapers and magazines will publish anything as long as it sells.

Some of us even stop a few seconds to think about the effect it has on these poor celebrities. It’s unfortunate that they thrive on publicity good or bad. Don’t you ever think about what the real story is?

What I would like to know is why there’s not one good newspaper or magazine that tell us the story exactly like it is.

If I knew any celebrities or had ways of knowing the truth I would start a magazine called Cold, giving you the cold hard facts.

Until that day, hopefully there’s people out there that would take some time off to give us the real “scoop” on these fascinating stories.

If you do have questions about crazy celebirty stories, post them. Everyone lives on google and we might even get the real story first, right here on DoJoe.

You can view the forum post and join the discussion at http://dojoe.smfforfree4.com/index.php/topic,6.0.html
